ABOUT SEMINARS

The goal of Valentina Paevskaya seminars is to help you independently find solutions in any situation related to your child's upbringing and development.

Together, we will explore real-life situations that modern parents face every day.
PROGRAM

Boundaries. Raising a child. Gaming Addiction.

Our parental anxiety is often tied to the feeling of “pity.” When we feel sorry for our children, we start doing too much for them: dressing them, tidying their rooms, washing the dishes, doing their homework... In doing so, we’re not only raising children who lack independence; we’re also nurturing their own anxiety: “I won’t be able to do it,” “I can’t handle it,” “Who do I even want to become?”

Boundaries 2. Friendship, Deception, Money.

You always want to believe that your child is "Never in a million years". Our main task as parents is to help children cope with weaknesses that will hinder them in life.

"Everything for the benefit of children and parents – the most effective investment in family development..."
Advice from trailblazers – attend all the seminars; not a minute is wasted! Everything benefits both children and parents – the most effective investment in family development. You’ll gain free time, energy, even more positive emotions from the parenting process, health, and steady nerves – which saves a fortune on pills, doctors, tutors, and a mountain of advertising-driven clutter in our minds. Thank you to the project team for what you do!
"I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to attend all the seminars..."
Valentina not only revealed a new perspective on parenting but also helped me discover a new side of myself. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to attend all the seminars. Every hour, every minute of the seminars was incredibly important and beneficial to me. The knowledge Valentina shares is invaluable! I truly hope that Valentina will visit Belgorod again and that the audience will welcome her with tremendous enthusiasm.
"Valentina speaks about what’s important and necessary with maximum clarity and efficiency, without any fluff..."
I finally found the time to share my impressions of Valentina Paevskaya's seminars with you. Saying I'm thrilled would be an understatement. For five hours, Valentina speaks with absolute clarity and efficiency about what’s essential and necessary, without any fluff. She provides clear instructions on what to do and what not to do. Valentina's seminars are all about mindful parenting, about how not to raise a victim, how to avoid causing harm, and how we can truly help.
"...I realized just how important it is to grow myself first and foremost..."
I used to think the main goal of these seminars was to learn the secrets of parenting, to discover things I hadn’t heard or read anywhere else. But after attending my first seminar with Valentina, I realized just how important it is to grow myself first—to be able to fully grasp the valuable information that’s presented so accessibly, to be true to myself, and to respect myself, rather than trying to live and raise my children exactly as Valentina does.
"...So accessible, easy, and straightforward, with no fluff—everything is clear and to the point..."
Valentina, thank you so much for the immense amount of useful information, for the clear action plans, for the motivation, love, inspiration, laughter, tears, and hugs. You are incredible! Everything is so accessible, easy, straightforward, and with no fluff—just clear and to the point. Thank you! We look forward to having you back in our city.

BOUNDARIES. Raising a child. GAMING ADDICTION.

What did your child learn to do yesterday?

Our parental anxiety often revolves around the feeling of "pity." When we feel sorry for our children, we begin doing too much for them—dressing them, cleaning their rooms, washing dishes, helping with homework... In doing so, we raise not only children who lack independence but also foster their own anxieties: "I can’t do it," "I won’t manage," "Who do I want to be?"

A parent’s role is to create an environment for their child to “do things appropriate for their age” and to give them the maximum opportunity for independence within reasonable limits.

Everyday situations you face in your daily life:
  • How to develop a child’s daily life skills?
  • How to handle disobedience, tantrums, refusals to follow requests?
  • How can we protect from addictions without relying solely on prohibitions?
  • What forms the foundation of healthy self-esteem?

What is the role of a parent in a child's life?

Creating family boundaries and healthy parent-child relationships. Cultivating leadership qualities while considering the child’s motivation and creativity.

Parenting extremes: what to allow, what to restrict, and where the balance lies between "yes" and "no." All types of rewards and discipline—how to open opportunities for your child without spoiling them.

Growth areas and unlocking your child's potential.

Duration: 7 hours, including of 40-60 minutes break. The speaker reserves the right to extend the seminar duration by 30-60 minutes.

For parents and adults who:
  • Strive to develop their child’s leadership qualities and unlock their potential.
  • Are seeking answers to the question, “What’s the best I can give my children in today’s world?”
  • Wonder which parenting approaches will help their child cultivate the qualities necessary for future success.
  • Want to instill family values and build a lifelong emotional bond with their child.

Topics covered in the seminar:
  • Willpower Development. Understanding how willpower develops and changes from birth to age 25, and how to encourage growth in children without overburdening them.
  • Stress Responses. Tantrums and crying, avoidance, frustration. Why a 1.5-year-old has meltdowns on the floor, a 5-year-old tunes things out, and a 10-year-old shows a lack of motivation. Guidance on how adults should respond in these situations, with step-by-step action plans.
  • Basic Skills. Developing essential skills in all children, including those with developmental delays. Clear age-based scales of skills and expectations, and steps to achieve them. What to do if you missed certain developmental stages and need to start "from scratch," even at ages 6 or 13.
  • Parenting Rules. Establishing boundaries and rules within the family that everyone respects and follows. How to cultivate leadership qualities in children without undermining their motivation, especially when they’re young and not yet ready for certain responsibilities.
  • Mother and Father Roles. The unique roles of each parent in child-rearing. What mothers and fathers teach differently. Advice for fathers on how to stay involved if a mother limits their role in parenting.
  • Reward and Discipline Systems. Why certain punishments don’t work at specific ages and why rewards can sometimes be taken for granted. How to praise and discipline effectively. The long-term impact of incorrect methods in adulthood, when rewards and discipline can backfire. Showing children that we love them unconditionally.
  • Self-Esteem. How adults’ words, actions, and restrictions influence a child’s self-esteem. Dos and don’ts for fostering a healthy, balanced self-image in children.
  • Addictions. Preventing gaming addiction in a world of smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets. Addressing and preventing other common addictions, from alcohol to energy drinks.

The seminar "Boundaries. Raising a child. Gaming addiction" will help you gain a deeper understanding of parenting, skill development, instilling social norms, and addressing all types of dependencies. You will receive a clear action plan and guidance on supporting your child in various situations. The best results are achieved when both parents attend the seminar.

BOUNDARIES 2. FRIENDSHIP, DECEPTION, MONEY.

We always want to believe that our child would “never in a million years.”

Our main task as parents is to help our children overcome weaknesses that could hold them back in life:
  • Bad influences.
  • Stealing.
  • White lies and serious deceit.
  • Excessive trust in others.
  • Inability to manage finances, time, and their own lives.

Most importantly, every parent needs to instill the right values and clarify the essence of questions like "What is right and what is wrong?" "What is acceptable and what is absolutely not?".

We emphasize aspects of parenting and child development that many parents overlook due to other priorities, yet which play a crucial role, especially during adolescence. After all, adolescence is the time when we see the results of everything we’ve done—and everything we haven’t.

We introduce our children to a world of possibilities while also warning them of serious and sometimes irreversible mistakes. A safe world, despite the temptations.

Duration: 7 hours, including of 40-60 minutes break. The speaker reserves the right to extend the seminar duration by 30-60 minutes.

For parents and adults who want to:
  • Help their child become the "best version of themselves."
  • Protect them from mistakes and temptations they may face in today’s world.
  • Teach them to understand people and develop emotional intelligence.
  • Prepare them for school, adolescence, and an independent life in the future.
  • Instill important values and a sense of responsibility for their own lives.

For parents of children aged 3 through adolescence. The seminar is filled with practical recommendations for various real-life situations.

Topics covered in the seminar:
  • Concepts of Right and Wrong. How to help your child develop their own system of categories and understanding of right/wrong, allowed/forbidden.
  • Imaginary Friends. How parents should respond to these situations. How to engage in such play without overdoing it or causing harm.
  • Child Egocentrism. Balancing between not indulging their every whim and helping them establish healthy boundaries and self-esteem for adult life.
  • Lying. What to do when encountering childhood lies. Why and how it’s essential to teach a child about deception. Creating a reliable circle of trust and understanding the private vs. public. Teaching to discern truth from lies and keep important information confidential through simple, real-life examples.
  • Stealing. From the playground and daycare to school. How a simple toy swap can lead to dependency and kleptomania. Helping children understand “mine” vs. “others” and personal boundaries. A step-by-step guide for parents if faced with theft.
  • Time Management. When and how the concept of time develops. How to teach your child not to be late, to plan their day independently, and which clocks or timepieces to avoid purchasing.
  • Financial Literacy. Teaching children to save and manage money. Understanding categories like "cheap/expensive," "can afford/can’t afford right now." Learning to live within their means, without a credit card, and to plan spending from pocket money in childhood to salary in the future. How to avoid categorical refusals to unreasonable requests, fostering an appreciation for money, gifts, and possessions. Addressing the negative impact of monetary rewards on a child’s motivation.
  • True Friends. Teaching children to build friendships and helping them understand who is a true friend and who is not. How many friends a child needs to form healthy self-esteem, boundaries, and overall success. Hosting friends: house rules and leisure activities. Friends with shared interests and how to bring them together in one group. How to avoid bad influences in adolescence.
  • Smartphone, Computer, Internet. Step-by-step guide to teaching your child how to use a smartphone and at what age. Teaching them how to search for and process information online. The first computer and what a child should be able to do before starting school.

The seminar "Boundaries 2: Friendship, Deception, Money" will help you lay the foundation for your child's emotional intelligence, independence, responsibility, and overall success. You will receive step-by-step guidance on parenting, child development, and socialization in today’s world.

The best results are achieved when both parents attend the seminar. It serves as a continuation of the "Boundaries: Parenting and Gaming Addiction" seminar, providing a deeper understanding of parenting topics.
